Closed Campus Policy

Students are not allowed to leave the campus without permission from a principal or the superintendent. Also, once arriving on campus a student is not to return to his/her vehicle without permission from a faculty member or administrator. Students violating this policy are subject to disciplinary actions as defined in the Student Code of Conduct.

The following guidelines are to be followed:

  1. Students may leave campus for emergencies occurring in their immediate family.
  2. Students may leave campus for medical reasons.
    1. A written excuse must be presented to the administration the preceding day or that day.
    2. Students in grades K-9 must be picked up at school by a parent or designated adult.
  3. Students may go home for lunch under the following conditions:
    1. The student has parent permission to walk home.
    2. A parent picks up the student.
    3. The student is allowed to go to his/her home early.
